User Colors

Allow a user to alias a color with a name, e.g. #FFABCDAA = “My Background Color”, for reuse throughout the application.
Control properties such as Background and Foreground can be assigned these values in the popup Color Picker that appears when editing a control through it's property editor.
When the value of an existing user color is changed, all properties that reference that User Color update automatically.
